How will taking ZEEN Collagen help me?

How many mg of sea collagen does 1 packet and 1 daily dose contain?
Both ZEEN Collagen and ZEEN Collagen PURE contain 6,000 mg of premium sea collagen in 1 daily dose. Moreover, ZEEN Collagen is supplemented with hyaluronic acid (50mg), vitamin C (1,000mg) and zinc (15mg).
One pack of ZEEN Collagen PURE contains 180 g of pure sea collagen divided into 30 daily doses. One pack of gold ZEEN Collagen contains 216 g of sea collagen and ingredients divided into 30 daily doses.
How long and how to take it?
In order to achieve the first visible results, you should take the collagen for at least 90 days.
Simply pour the contents of 1 sachet into a dry glass and stir into 200 ml of water, juice, milk or other beverage. Once dissolved, drink it immediately.
When is the best time to take it?
At any time of the day, before or after a meal. It’s up to you.
Why should collagen be taken together with vitamin C?
Because vitamin C promotes the absorption of collagen and contributes to its natural formation and the proper function of bones, cartilage and blood vessels. It also protects cells from oxidative stress.
Can I take it during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
In general, nutritional supplements are not recommended to be taken during pregnancy. However, after consulting your doctor, its use may not be excluded.
During breastfeeding, collagen can even help your body recover faster after childbirth, reduce stretch marks and help with excessive hair loss.
Do I need to take a break from taking collagen?
You should take ZEEN Collagen for a minimum of 3-6 months, after which it would be advisable to take a short break and then resume taking it.

Does collagen have any side effects?
So far we have not experienced any unwanted side effects. ZEEN Collagen is 100% pure nutritional supplement free of colouring agents, sweeteners and preservatives that could potentially cause adverse reactions. However, we definitely do not recommend it for people allergic to fish or fish products. If you are taking a certain type of medication, discuss taking of collagen with your doctor or a pharmacist.
What is the difference between collagen from fish and other sources?
In general, fish collagen has up to 1.5 times faster and better absorption than beef or pork collagen. It consists of smaller particles, which means it has much better bioavailability.
I take collagen, but I don't see any change. What's the problem?
The body always replenishes collagen where it needs the most. So if you have deficit in internal organs, that’s where the body will direct it after taking, and thus you won’t see its effects on your appearance.
So notice the improvement in digestion or overall vitality. Once the body has enough collagen inside, it will start to replenish it in the hair, skin and nails.

ZEEN CBG hemp oils are a cosmetic product intended exclusively for the care of oral hygiene. It must not be used for any other purpose than intended. In case of proper dosing there should not occur any side effect. However, if you are not sure, please discuss it with your doctor. CBG Hemp oil should not be used by breastfeeding or pregnant women. We also do not recommend using these oils in combination with other cannabis products.
Can CBG and CBD have side effects?
You may experience a dry throat or mouth when taking the oils internally. Creams containing CBG and CBD should not have any negative effects, but in case of more serious skin diseases, please consult your doctor.
